Si-Sb compound flame retardant

Applications：

Si - Sb compound flame retardant is made of halogen compound flame retardant added antimony oxide, silicon oxide and additives. The mechanism of Si-Sb flame retardant, which greatly improves its flame retardant effect of composite, contains both characteristics of silicon and halogen flame retardant. Si-Sb compound flame retardant additive is inorganic and environment protecting, which not only use for fire-retardant materials but also can reduce the smoke and corrosive gases of burning. It can be used alone, or used with other flame retardants. Apply to cable with low smoke and free halogen, mine conveyor belt, thermosetting plastics, thermoplastics, synthetic rubber, paints and building materials industries. It is substitutes of antimony trioxide in some aspect, and has a higher cost-effective than pure halogen antimony class.

Physical and chemical properties：  

White powder, non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive. Mainly used for soft ferrite, CPE, CPC flame retardant. Widely used for EVA, PP, PE, PVC, PS, HIPS, ABS, PA, PC and other plastics and rubber, it can also be used for unsaturated polyester, paint, and coatings.
